Dr. Van Blargen graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry (2019–2023) and is passionate about staying at the cutting edge of dental innovations. As an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Los Angeles Dental Society, he continually enhances his expertise and professional knowledge.

When he’s not providing exceptional dental care, Dr. Van Blargen enjoys surfing, golfing, and exploring his love for music. His well-rounded approach to life and dentistry ensures every patient feels valued and at ease. A proud graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Dr. Tracy Van Blargen earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1988. With over 30 years of experience, he brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to Island Vista Dental. Dr. Van Blargen is committed to providing exceptional care, continually advancing his clinical skills through ongoing education and training.

Lindsey Painter RDH

With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Lindsey has been an integral part of the Island Vista Dental team for eight years. A proud graduate of Cabrillo College School of Dental Hygiene in 2015, she combines her expertise with a genuine passion for patient care and education.

Lindsey’s friendly, approachable demeanor helps patients feel at ease during their visits. Her dedication to sharing essential oral hygiene practices and fostering healthy smiles underscores her commitment to promoting lifelong oral health.

Outside the office, Lindsey enjoys quality time with family and friends and pursuing outdoor adventures like surfing, golfing, gardening, and scuba diving. Her vibrant energy and dedication to wellness inspire both her patients and colleagues.
